Ferrari Unveils Hypersail Livery at Milan Design Week

At Milan Design Week 2026, Ferrari revealed the striking livery of its groundbreaking 100-foot Hypersail flying monohull—marking a bold step into the future of high-performance ocean sailing.

Developed as an open innovation platform, Hypersail brings together the Ferrari Design Studio led by Flavio Manzoni, Ferrari’s engineering teams and renowned naval architect Guillaume Verdier. The result is a seamless fusion of automotive design DNA and cutting-edge offshore sailing technology.

The yacht’s livery reflects both heritage and innovation, combining exposed carbon fiber—introduced as “Grigio Hypersail”—with the iconic Giallo Fly yellow, a historic Ferrari colour reinterpreted to echo the vessel’s foiling capabilities. Every design element is driven by performance, shaped by aerodynamic and hydrodynamic efficiency rather than pure aesthetics.

More than a visual identity, Hypersail represents a new frontier where engineering, sustainability and design converge—powered by renewable energy sources and advanced foiling systems.

With this project, Ferrari extends its legacy beyond the road, positioning itself at the forefront of next-generation maritime innovation.
