After an extensive two-year restoration, Peter, the 1939 classic Marconi yawl, is back on the Mediterranean racing circuit.
Now permanently based in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza, the historic yacht will compete in two of the season’s most prestigious classic sailing events: the Régates Royales de Cannes and Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez.
Built to race, Peter won the Round Gotland Race in her maiden season in 1939 and has since built an impressive record of victories across the Mediterranean classic circuit, including the Panerai Classic Yacht Trophy, C.I.M. Cup and Puig Vela Clàssica Barcelona.
For the upcoming Cannes and Saint-Tropez programmes, a limited number of crew places are available. Participants will train onboard before taking an active role in racing, from sail trimming to manoeuvres and crew coordination.
Cannes: 4 places remaining — €2,875 per person
Saint-Tropez: 4 places remaining — €3,450 per person
