Marina Ibiza has once again been honoured with the Blue Flag, awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), making it fourteen years running with the flag flying high.
This certification not only recognises the quality of its facilities and services, but also its passionate and sustainable commitment to protection of the environment.
The Blue Flag is much more than just a symbol, though, as it reflects the environmental commitment inherent to Marina Ibiza and the IPM-IMG Group, to which it belongs. The team works every single day to implement the best environmental practices, complying with strict sustainability criteria and actively contributing to the conservation of the Mediterranean.
In addition to the Blue Flag, Marina Ibiza holds other certificates that showcase its excellence, such as the IMCI Five Blue Star certificate, the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, the EMAS Environmental Declaration and the Spanish Carbon Footprint Certificate.
According to Dani Mari, Manager of Marina Ibiza, “receiving the Blue Flag fourteen years in a row is hugely satisfying and clear proof that our commitment to the environment is real and constant. At the same time, it’s a motivation for us to continue working with responsibility and future vision”.
This recognition underlines Marina Ibiza’s position as one of the leading marinas in the Mediterranean, where excellence in service coexists with a philosophy of respect, innovation and sustainability.
