The Offshore Racing Council (ORC) have announced that the Real Club Náutico de Palma, has been awarded the organization of the 2025 ORC European Championship.
Following the presentation, the Offshore Racing Council informed that the final deliberation would be made on Tuesday, and as such today has, “awarded the RCN of Palma the organization of the 2025 ORC European Championship as part of the 43rd edition of the Copa del Rey MAPFRE.”
“It is wonderful news both for the club and for the city of Palma,” stated Rafael Gil, president of the RCNP, “every year the club strengthens its support for the sport and for the international nature of our events, so both Palma and Mallorca might reinforce their image, not only within Spain but across the globe.”
Gil wished to conclude by thanking the ORC, “for their trust and backing of our candidacy, and starting from today we will be working to organize the best edition of the European Championship in recent years.”
