With just two months to go, Central Europe’s largest and most important nautical event, the Biograd Boat Show, has officially sold out – confirming its position as a powerhouse in the boating industry and a premier showcase for Croatia’s thriving maritime sector.

Record-Breaking Growth and Expanded Space
This year’s edition is already breaking records, with an in-water exhibition area expanded by 2,000 m² and Hall C enlarged by 800 m² to meet rising demand. More than 500 new vessels, ranging up to 24 meters in length, will be on display, presented by over 400 exhibitors from Croatia and around the world.
The sell-out, achieved two months ahead of the show, highlights both the strength of the nautical market and the international appeal of Biograd as a boating destination.

World-Class Experience and New Features
Organized by Ilirija d.d., the Biograd Boat Show has become a must-visit event for boating enthusiasts, professionals, and industry leaders. It is not only a business hub but also a celebration of the sea – marking the end of the boating season and the start of a new business year. Visitors can expect an impressive program of vessel premieres, entertainment, and networking opportunities, with details to be announced soon.
A redesigned website, www.bbs.com.hr, now offers videos, photos, a virtual tour, and an extensive Press Gallery 2024, where all media can access free-to-use photos and the latest royalty-free video for coverage.

The Biograd Boat Show Experience
The event is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and unique setting. Biograd, with its Marina Kornati, charming resort town, and spectacular natural surroundings, creates an unforgettable mix of business and pleasure. The show’s evenings are legendary, as exhibitions give way to live music, parties, and a festive program that spills into the town center – a hallmark of the “Biograd Boat Show Experience.”
Central Europe’s Gateway to the Sea
As one of Croatia’s busiest marine transit points and the world’s largest yacht charter hub, Biograd holds a special place for domestic and international boaters alike. Its growing reputation is further enhanced by a calendar full of regattas and maritime events, drawing industry players from across Europe and beyond.
Business to Business at Its Core
Recognizing the importance of professional networking, Ilirija has developed Biograd B2B, a business platform integrated within the show. Participants can register, schedule meetings, and engage directly with exhibitors and industry leaders.
Two major industry events anchor the B2B offering:
- 9th HGK Croatian Nautical Days (22–24 October 2025): Organized by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, this congress will feature association meetings, presentations, and networking events to advance the industry.
- 7th Croatia Charter Expo (22–24 October 2025, Hall D): The world’s largest gathering for yacht charter professionals, connecting Croatian fleet providers – representing over 3,000 charter yachts – with international agents, brokers, and suppliers.
An IFBSO Member with Global Reach
The Biograd Boat Show is proud to be a member of the International Federation of Boat Show Organizers (IFBSO), meeting the highest global standards and sharing its unique event model with peers worldwide.

From humble beginnings to international prominence, the Biograd Boat Show reflects the dedication of its organizers, partners, and exhibitors. Thanks to the collaboration of Ilirija d.d., the City of Biograd, the Croatian Tourist Board, and the Chamber of Economy, the show continues to grow and elevate Croatia’s position as a leading maritime nation.
