The 100-foot Maxi Black Jack 100, owned by Remon Vos of the Yacht Club de Monaco (Y.C.M.) and skippered by Tristan Le Brun of the Captain’s Club, has claimed a resounding victory in the 20th Palermo-Montecarlo Regatta.
Crossing the finish line in 1 day, 14 hours and 52 seconds, Black Jack 100 not only secured Line Honours but also shattered her own record from 2024, when she completed the 500-nautical mile course in 44 hours, 34 minutes, and 24 seconds.
This achievement underlines Black Jack 100’s dominance on the Mediterranean offshore racing scene and highlights the synergy between owner Remon Vos, skipper Tristan Le Brun, and their expert crew. The Palermo-Montecarlo, co-organised by Circolo della Vela Sicilia, Yacht Club de Monaco, and Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, once again provided an unforgettable stage for some of the world’s finest yachts.
With this back-to-back record-breaking performance, Black Jack 100 has firmly cemented her name in the history of the Palermo-Montecarlo Regatta.
By claiming Line Honours, Black Jack 100 also receives the Giuseppe Tasca d’Almerita Trophy, awarded to the first yacht across the finish line. This victory adds to Black Jack 100’s growing legacy, reinforcing her status as one of the most formidable offshore racing yachts in the Mediterranean and beyond.
