First hull of the 31m Riva 102 Corsaro Super series launched

Riva has launched the first hull in its new Riva 102 Corsaro Super series. The 31.09-metre yacht made its first splash at La Spezia, Italy at the Riva shipyard.

The Riva 102 Corsaro Super has been designed with a contemporary sports look from Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design. They worked in partnership with the Strategic Product Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. Her distinctive silhouette gives her a sleek and assertive profile, akin to an arrowhead.

Guests onboard can choose between five staterooms to sleep up to ten, with almost 100 square-metres of liveable open-air spaces. Her interior is flooded with plenty of natural light, thanks to over 140 square-metres of magnificent glazing and glass surfaces. She is adorned with Canaletto walnut wood with warm tones to offset her satin titanium ceilings.

The Riva 102 Corsaro Super features a new stern design. This entire space has been extended to a 35-square-metre beach club, dedicated to conviviality and comfort.

Her saloon features two different layouts for owner’s to choose from, with the first focusing on a dining area with a table for up to eight and a central saloon. In the second layout, the lounge and large sofas are in the area first encountered on entering the saloon, while the dining space is central.

At the owner’s request, the new Riva 102 Corsaro Super can be fitted with the standard twin MTU 16V 2000 M96 engines, each capable of a top speed of 26 knots. Alternatively she can be fitted with twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines driving the yacht to a top speed of over 28 knots.
