The superyacht M / Y RIO, CRN’s latest true custom steel and aluminum work of art, has been successfully delivered to her owner. The new 62-meter has left the Superyacht Yard of Ancona and is preparing to sail for the first time in the waters of the Mediterranean showing her sleek profile.
The taut and fluid external lines of the hull and the almost vertical bow express the strong dynamic and sporty personality of this completely tailored and highly handcrafted yacht, which also surprises for a perfect balance between the large internal and external volumes.
M / Y RIO was designed and built by CRN in close collaboration with the design and architecture studio Omega Architects, which took care of the concept of the exteriors, and with the design studio Pulina Exclusive Interiors, which took care of the interiors.
TWW Yachts represents the owner and TWW Yacht Management provided technical advice, also supervising the project management and inspection activities during the final stages of the construction process. The new 62-meter, with a beam of 11.20 meters, is spread over 4 decks with an owner’s suite, 5 guest cabins, 2 of which are VIP cabins – both full beam, one on the main deck at the bow and one on the lower deck at aft – and 3 suites on the lower deck, to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests on board. The upper deck, reserved for the owner, offers a large oasis of intimacy and privacy that can also be experienced as a social environment.
M / Y RIO stands out for its skilful distribution and enhancement of spaces and reflects the personality of an owner who is passionate about life on board who has requested large and bright internal and external living areas for a cruising experience shared with his family and dearest affections.
Large full-height windows, on the main deck and on the owner deck, join in a visual continuum that follows the elegant external architecture of the yacht, giving evocative plays of reflections and light and constant and direct contact with the sea.
M / Y RIO will make its debut as a world premiere at the Monaco Yacht Show, scheduled from 28 September to 1 October 2022, where it will be among the protagonists of the event as a splendid example of craftsmanship, know-how and design quality and construction of the Ancona shipyard. M / Y RIO will charter, exclusively through TWW Yachts, this summer in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean starting from October.
